Dog Home Boarding

When your dog stays with us as a boarder, they will be treated as part of our family and live with us as they do with you. Either chilling out on the bean bags and sofas in our living room or out in the garden on a warm day, free to wander in and out as they please.

Since 2010 I've been licenced with Test Valley Borough Council as a home boarder with a 5 star rating. I am insured with Pet Business Insurance, with all certificates available to view at the meet and greet.

They'll spend his or her time with our 2 dogs Yogi and Daisy who are all used to sharing their home. The days are usually very chilled and relaxed with plenty of time for them to let off steam on their walks.

Each dog has their own unique character and I ensure that they'll receive as much affection and attention as suits them. As all of the family enjoy having home boarders, your dog will often have a choice of who to cuddle up with when they are relaxing.

Your dog will join Yogi & Daisy on their walks which can either be on the plains, open fields or in the woods so please let me know when you book if they have any exercise restrictions.

Useful Info

• I can keep to your feeding routine
• I can administer basic medicine to your dog if required
• I hold a certificate in "First Aid for Dogs"
• I do have dog beds and sofas (if allowed) your dog can use, although if you prefer please feel free to bring your own bed
• I can also offer to send you a photograph, via email or WhatsApp if requested, while you are away

Please note: There will be a meet and greet between your dogs and mine, to reassure you (and me), that your dog will be happy with their stay. Leaving you able to completely relax when you are away.

Please note: Due to my licence conditions, your dog will need to have up to date vaccinations. A copy of your vaccination record will be required.

Licencing from Test Valley Borough Council

In October 2018 new legislation was introduced which impacted all those that provide home boarding for dogs. The purpose of this licensing is to ensure the welfare of animals. On being assessed by TVBC under this new legislation I have been awarded 5 stars - my license number: HB/4/18-21. Home Boarding Costs

Each day covered: e.g. Monday night to Tuesday night will be 2 days = £60

Bank holidays are double time. Please note: I do not work over the Christmas and New Year holiday.
